This morning I went with the twins on their school field trip to Going Apes,a new local indoor bounce place.
This place is AWESOME! They have really gone all out with the jungle theme. The place was the cleanest I have ever been in , I was very impressed with the whole place.
The kids of course had a blast jumping ,sliding, and goofing off in general with their friends..
On field trip days the kids are required to wear their bright green school shirts. It was just our class plus 2 others from our school there so the place was a sea of bright green kids running everywhere!
After the bouncing they had hot dogs in one of the party rooms for lunch.
The field trip was a big hit with everyone! We are looking forward to going back for Mandy's 3rd birthday party next month..

Saturday Visit..
While the boys went to the stadium the girls stayed and visited with Papa and Gran.We all had a great time talking and the girls were having fun playing with all the toys. When the boys got home Gran treated them all to ice cream , even Papa!
The girls were invited to stay and have a slumber party with cousin Megan and that of course made their day.
From what I read on Papas blog they all had a blast and I can imagine all the talking that went on with those 3 girls!Thank you to Gran and Papa for the girls sleepover.

Rangers Fan Fest...
Saturday morning Shawn and Kyle took the boys to the annual Texas Rangers Fan Fest.
Austin had been so excited all week about going and could not leave fast enough on Saturday to get there.
It was so cold that day but they still had a blast. They ran the bases ,went to the press box,and I am told had a very fun ride up the escalators.
By the time they got there they had run out of the free giveaways for the kids but Gran saved the day and gave Austin and Kyler Rangers blankets and Gage his own Rangers cooler to take with him when he fished with Daddy.
Thank you so much Gran! Austin loves his blanket and has slept with it every night since.
The picture you see of his blanket was taken when we left their house,he was so exhausted he covered up and slept like that all the way home.
Thanks Papa for giving the boys your tickets ,they had a great time!

Product Plug..

I just have to tell everyone that I am still continuing to be impressed by Leap Frog.
From the very first baby drum and musical table , each product I buy the kids is an excellent learning tool.
The kids love their hand held leapsters and now the Tag Reading System. This system is nothing short of FABULOUS! It actually tracks their progress and sends me a report card of sorts, of all the things they have learned and the percentage of questions that were answered right.I encourage all of you with young children to check it out...

Happy Birthday Megan!
Saturday afternoon we went to cousin Megan's 3rd birthday party. The party was at a local gymnastics gym and the kids had so much fun. There was so much for them to do! The teachers taught them lots of different moves and tumbles, along with the trampoline and a bounce house slide.
All the kids played very hard and were absolutely exhausted when we put them in the truck to leave.
Good job Aunt Erica , the party was great!

Thanks To Nana....

We have a picture!
Right before Christmas we took the kids to get their pictures made.It was an AWFUL experience. They would not listen and we ended up leaving without buying any of the pictures, they were that bad.
So Nana decided she would take them without me.Yes , kids act much better for Grandparents!
This picture is a 100% improvement over the last attempt.Thank God its over and I don't have to worry about it for another year!
Since the kids were good Nana treated them to lunch at Chuck E Cheese..
Thanks Mom for taking them to the 2 places that fries my nerves the most, it was a good day for me!
