Shawns Weekend Adventure...

While I was flying solo at the carnival and early sporting events , Shawn was off to coast for the weekend taking customers deep sea fishing.I am told they had an awesome time.Here he is with his hammerhead shark he caught , the picture is shot from a cell phone.Alex was VERY impressed with his catch!

First Game..

Saturday was the start of the fall season of soccer.This year Austin's team name is The Wolverines....
Thanks to Papa and Gran for coming to cheer him on.
It was a great game to watch because he made a fabulous goal! He dribbled it about 2/3 of the field then shot at a safe distance for the goal.It was AWESOME,I was a cheering fool!
After the game Papa took us for lunch then we all went to Grandmas for a visit.
That night we went to Nana's and she cooked us a great dinner.The kids even went swimming,its too cold for me.It was a really busy day that started with being at the football game at 7:30am for Alex to cheer.When we got home and to bed I was drained but it was a really great day spent with lots of family.

Fall Carnival..

Friday night I took the kids to Gage's school fall carnival/.Each room was a different theme and game.They had a blast going from room to room , playing games , and collecting prizes and candy. The twins really enjoyed getting to see their old teachers there as well.
In the kitchen we had hot dogs,popcorn,sodas,pickles and giant lollipops!
I even won the silent auction for Gage's class craft project,a handmade calendar of 3 year old art work.It it just priceless!The four of us had such a good night together..

Wow...

Just ran across this photo on a Flickr account I forgot I had...I cant believe these 3 were ever that small.Time has flown by.Makes me a little sad...

Grandparents Day....

I know, I am way behind with blogging these days...
Last Friday was Grandparents Day at the twins school. Gran came for Alex and Nana went for Austin.
They were very excited on the days leading up to the big day! Austin and Alex each called their Grandmas the night before just to make sure they knew exactly what they wanted them to bring them for lunch.
I wasn't there but I heard the lunch was a big hit! Each kid had a great time having their Grandparent there.Kyler's Grammy , Poppy,and Paw Paw were all there as well and everyone got to sit together! That must have been a big lunch group! Luckily they all brought cameras and we got to capture the special day.Thank you so very much to Nana and Gran for truly making their day..

Cowboy Day!

This past Tuesday was Cowboy and Indianm day at school..Of course we went for the boots!

Lake...

This past Sunday we went to the lake for another day of fun.This time Papa and Gran joined us and we all had a great time.Austin did some more tubing and Gran even rode behind Papa on the jet ski.This summer has been full of fun on the water..Thanks Nana and PaPaw for sharing the fun with us!

Karate...

Last week Austin started karate.He has been wanting to go to karate for over a year but he had to wait till he was 5.He thinks he is so cool with all his moves!

Alex has started cheering for A.Y.A and she is having a blast.She is pretty good when im not watching too!
