Kyle's Canned/Meaty/Secret Spices Chili!!!

Today at church was the annual chili cook off..Kyle entered and came in 4th place! And yes , there was more than 4 entries!
WE were all supposed to make a pot together but we had some creative differences(as in me not wanting to put can chili in it!) so Kyle went at it alone!
We had a great time!
All the kids just adore Josh too! He is so great with all the kids.Which means more time for the adults!
A special thanks to Daddy for going to church with the family.He is helping to build a nice foundation for the little ones...

Texas Rangers Fan Fest!

Thanks to Papa the 3 big kids got to go to the ballpark for Fan Fest.They all had a blast! Daddy , Uncle Kyle and PawPaw Ted took them.
They got to run the bases and go to the batting cages.
Daddy and Alex got pretty cold out there but luckily Kyler had an extra shirt for Alex to put on.
I was able to get the house clean while the twins were out.I admit I was pretty bored though after it was done.As crazy as this house can get I wouldn't trade it for a single thing in the world! Its nice having my kids back home.

I NEED MORE LOCKS!!!

I thought I had every possible child lock there is ! Apparently I missed the fridge.
While I was playing with my new camera the twins decided to have lunch.As you can see frozen pizza was on the menu.They took it upon themselves to get in the freezer , take out a pizza and unwrap it! Pretty gross if you ask me but they sure loved it! So I'm off to research the different kind of refrigerator locks!

Snow Days!

Luckily Daddy lets us borrow his camera for hunting so we have pictures!
We had a lot of fun , even Gage. It sure was cold though.The kids are begging me to go out again!
They didn't exactly make snowballs but they attempted to.They thought the frozen swing set was much more fun.

Another Electronic Casulty!

Yes that's right , yet another expensive electronic gets killed off.Thankfully though it was not my cute little pink phone! It was my camera.
Austin got a hold of it and it stopped working , amazing how that happens.Daddy took it all apart then declared I needed a new one! I think he couldn't put it back together!
So its going to be about a week before my new one comes in..I'm actually glad it happened! I ordered a much better one.It uses the new xd card instead of the sd which is supposed to be a lot faster.I was very tired of the long delay on the old camera.Daddy accused me of sabotage but I swear I didn't! The new one is awesome , its the new Fuji FinePx S5200!!
Watch out family b/c when I get it everyone will be a target.I just pray its here for Megan's birthday party..

TA DA!!

Now we can pull up and stand! He is full of new tricks this month.Before long he will be cruising around tables.
As for the parents ,looks like we are home bound this weekend.The weather is looking bad and I don't want Nana to drive 45 minutes home on ice Sunday morning , so here we sit. I was really looking forward to a night out.We have a rain check though to be cashed in on Feb.10th.Just a few more weekends to go and I will finally get that long awaited night out!

9 Month Check Up..

It doesn't seem right that my baby is nine months old now! Before I know it my sweet little boy will be talking back to me just like the other two.
We went to the Dr. today.No shots just a toe prick for his iron counts , which after 3 tries finally came up okay.
He is 23lbs.5oz and 29.5 inches long..Doc said he looked great but of course I already knew that!

Chritmas

We had a wonderful Christmas! The kids of course were spoiled! We spent the weekend in Oklahoma with my Grandmother and it meant the world to her. My other side of the family was in town also and the kids got to meet my Grandpa from my Fathers side. The last time they saw the twins they were six months old! They had never met Gage either. Being at the lake on Christmas was great. Shawn got his wish and ate deer meat for Christmas dinner! We had a great visit but traveling with all those kids gets hard and it was nice to get home..

Our New Trick!

I cant believe it! My little man is crawling! I never thought he would be able to get that belly of his up off the floor but he did!
He is almost 9 months old now so it was time. Although I wanted to see him crawl now I wish he would stop! I'm not ready to chase another one around yet.This may be my answer though for losing the extra 15lbs. of baby weight still left though!

For the few visitors we have I am sorry for the delay in postings.
We thought we had a virus but turns out it was a problem with our Internet provider..Thanks though to my awesome brother in law who always helps us out with these issues!
